The 1st time I utilised Dwell Chat, I was at position #2 within the queue and it took 18 minutes till a live agent responded. The 2nd time, I was at position #2 again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait time. This is kind of very good as compared to other exchanges that only reply by means of e-mail, without any Live Chat possibility. c
